Why I Don't Hate Kim Kardashian

     What's goin on everyone? If you're out there today and you're reading this blog, thank you for taking time out of your schedule to tune in to me. I really appreciate it. I've received some feedback lately about my blogs being a bit long, so in future blogs, I will try to get my thoughts out in a shorter format, if at all possible. I use these blogs to express myself in longer formats than on Facebook or Twitter, so bear with me while I figure that out.
      I wanted to discuss Kim Kardashian (West) today. Why would I wanna do that? Well, she's in the news again, because her video game, available for Apple and Android devices, has made about $200 Million. I hear people say all the time, what does she do? She's famous because she made a porno with Ray J? She doesn't do anything! But they all couldn't be more wrong. Kim Kardashian does do something, and that something is get money!
     Some interesting information I found out today while researching this topic, is that Kim gets paid $10,000 to tweet or Instagram a product for a company. Some of us, myself included, promote things every day, and don't get a single penny out of it. My instagram consists of plenty of promotion for Nike and Jordan brand, but have I received any benefits from them? Nope, not at all. I mentioned the video game earnings, but also, Kim runs a clothing business with her sisters, and has distribution deals for their clothing line to be placed in other company stores. Pretty good for somebody who does nothing and is famous for it right?
     She's also getting modeling money to wear people's clothing. I have about seven or eight pairs of Nike Lebron 11's, so I guess you could say I wear them all the time. I've never been in any ads promoting the kicks though. People also don't realize that before she made the porno with Ray J (which I will discuss later), she was a stylist and personal shopper for the stars (Brandy and Lindsey Lohan for example). This means that she was pretty much already in Hollywood amongst the stars before her clothes came off. That doesn't sound like doing nothing to me.
     Let's discuss that porno. Yeah, she had sex with her then boyfriend on camera. The tape leaked and it's everywhere in the world. But, she also sued, and settled out of court with the company that sold it for $5 million! I'll be completely honest here. In my younger days, I once filmed myself doing the nasty. I sure did. Wild and crazy kid I was. That camera that I was filming myself on, got stolen away from me, and the tapes in it were never recovered. For all I know, Soxxx and Du Rags vol. 1 (which is what I called my young adult film) could be all over the internet right now. And if it is, I sure haven't received $1, let alone $5 million for my services. Some of you ladies are posting half naked pictures on instagram, and probably have made sex tapes with your men, and got no benefits from it.
      Bottom line? Who are we to judge her? Sure she's made some mistakes in her life, but who hasn't made a mistake or two? Who are we to judge her in the end? I think the majority of hate directed at her are from people who aspire to be where she is, or have what she has. Jealousy, in other words. As for men who hate on her? The great poet, Shawn Carter once said, and I quote: "Dudes shouldn't be jealous, that's a female trait!" Get out there, find a hustle, or even do something crazy if necessary, and maybe you can be a star as well. But get that hate out of your life. It's not a good look.

Krizz Kaliko - Go Album Review

Watch the Video Review here! Right from the jump here, I want to say that I like Krizz Kaliko’s music. When I first was coming across the Strange Music camp, I felt as if Kaliko was a Spliff Starr type of dude, meaning he was more of a sidekick or hype man for Tech N9ne instead of a very well talented artist himself. Once I got further into Strange Music, I realized this guy can really spit pretty much as good as anybody on the roster. But, I’ve always felt that he was similar to Cee-Lo Green. Sure, the guy can rap, and rap better than most rappers in the game. But, I’ve always felt like his singing is what would make him a star. I’ve always really like Kaliko singing more than his rapping. And on his latest album, Go, Krizz Kaliko gives us a lot more of that singing that I feel he’s so great at, and the album is better off because of it. A Look Back at 2018!

2018......... Whew..... Where do I begin? Let's get the bad out the way first. 2018 has been the worst year of my work career, which says a lot because in the past 12 years, I've had two other times where I thought, "It doesn't get any worse than this!".... I was wrong.... It does..... It's been like a long running bad joke with no punchline.... Like no ending!! Just trash!!! Throw the whole work year away!! 👆🏿Has led to some Mental health issues.
